Charm / Charmy
Allow us to introduce you to Charm, our first and beloved feline resident at the sanctuary. Charm is an exquisite cat with both beauty and intelligence. Her name is an accurate reflection of her charming and graceful demeanor.
Charm revels in the ideal balance between independence and attention-seeking. She eagerly savors the company of the caregivers, and relishes being pet, held, and treated. Exploring and basking in the warm sun is among her favorite activities.
Beyond her good looks and endearing personality, Charm's curious nature and sweet presence continue to delight us daily. She embodies the essence of a feline and brings an extra spark of joy to our sanctuary.
We feel privileged to have Charm as a member of our feline family and are grateful for the affectionate, yet individualistic character she embodies.
Luci / Lulu
Meet Luci, a sweet and endearing cat at our sanctuary. Despite her initial timidity and shyness, Luci blossoms into an affectionate companion once she has established trust. She is our smallest feline resident with the longest coat, which adds to her striking appearance. Luci's friendly nature extends beyond her fellow cat residents; she has formed deep connections with Poncho and the sheep, particularly Aries.
Luci's journey began in a challenging hoarding situation. Initially deemed unadoptable due to extreme fear and lack of socialization, fate intervened when a compassionate shelter employee refused to let her be euthanized. Taking Luci into her own home temporarily, this remarkable individual embarked on a quest to find the perfect forever home for Luci. A home where she could thrive without feeling overwhelmed and with access to some outdoor time.
We are forever grateful for the extraordinary efforts and compassion of the person who facilitated Luci’s journey to us. Luci, with her unique personality and story, has captured our hearts.
Captain Jack Sparrow / Jack
Introducing Jack, currently the biggest cat at our sanctuary with a larger-than-life personality. Jack possesses a quirky personality reminiscent of a playful dog. Jack thrives on attention and is always up for a good play session. His enthusiastic nature sometimes leads him to pester the other cats in his quest for more affection. Despite this, Jack's cuddly nature and magnetic personality make him irresistible to those around him.
Curiosity and friendliness define Jack's character. He is perpetually intrigued, seeking to be a part of every activity that unfolds within our sanctuary's walls. His love of affection extends beyond playtime – Jack adores kisses and cherishes any opportunity to bond with his caretakers.
While Jack's mischievous streak occasionally leads him into playful trouble, his antics never fail to bring joy to everyone who encounters him. With his infectious sense of fun, Jack embodies the spirit of adventure and reminds us to appreciate the simple pleasures in life.
Boston Crème / Boston Boy
Boston is a gentle and resilient cat whose life before the sanctuary required strength, adaptability, and self-reliance. Once living outdoors and known as “Scar Face,” Boston spent years fending for himself, navigating a world that asked more of him than any cat should have to give.
Though he began as a feral cat, Boston has undergone a remarkable transformation. With time, patience, and consistent care, he has become deeply affectionate and truly enjoys human connection. He seeks attention, offers quiet companionship, and shows just how powerful safety and trust can be.
Boston’s presence has shaped our sanctuary in meaningful ways. Because of him, Leo and Night found their way here as well, making Boston an important part of how our feline family grew. His steady, calm nature brings balance to the group and offers reassurance to those around him.
We are grateful to share our days with Boston and to witness the softness that emerged once he no longer had to survive alone. He is a cherished member of our feline family and a beautiful reminder that with care and compassion, even the most guarded hearts can open.
Leo / Leo Love
Leo is a spirited and affectionate cat whose path to the sanctuary was shaped by community care and quiet acts of kindness. Once a well-loved stray watched over by many, Leo found his way home through the compassion of people who noticed him and shared his story.
He is a wonderful mix of curious and close-by. Playful and a little mischievous, Leo is also deeply loving and always looking to connect. Whether he’s curled up nearby or right in the middle of whatever is happening, he brings warmth, energy, and the occasional bit of chaos that makes life feel fuller.
True to his social nature, Leo has formed sweet friendships with both cats and dogs, showing just how open and trusting he is. His presence feels comforting and familiar, a reminder of how deeply animals can bond when they’re given safety, patience, and care.
We’re grateful to share our days with Leo and for the joy and companionship he brings. He’s a cherished part of our feline family and a gentle reminder that love, when shared, has a way of finding its way home.
Night / Magical Night
Night is a calm and gentle presence at the sanctuary. When he arrived, he very much preferred to keep his distance. He’s observant, peaceful, and moves through the world carefully, taking things in before deciding what feels safe.
Over time, Night has begun to trust more. He doesn’t rush, but the progress is there — staying nearby instead of running off, allowing treats to be placed close, and happily enjoying his Churu snacks. Each small step feels meaningful.
Night shares space well with other cats, especially Boston. They don’t cuddle, but they coexist comfortably and seem to enjoy each other’s company from a respectful distance. He loves time in the catio, his wet food, and the quiet routines of daily life.
With his striking looks and gentle nature, Night has a quiet sweetness about him. We feel lucky to have him here and grateful to be part of his journey, letting trust grow at his own pace.
